- what counts as your "actual wage" under your contract and payroll records;
- unpaid leave, absences or periods not counted as service;
- special terms in your contract or company policy that are more favourable to you;
- deductions, loans or other amounts settled with your employer;
- situations not covered by the calculator, such as termination during probation.
